DMCA Policy

At Chia Seed Pudding Recipes, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to submit a DMCA counter-notification to us. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific URL(s) or other specific location(s) where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Chia Seed Pudding Recipes may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification of infringement or an agent of such person.
  • Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy of it to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user who provided the content, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification.
